SENSOR BRACKET

The sensor mounting bracket is a 5-axis bracket that includes an adjustable angle bracket mounted on a set of small manual cross slides. The bracket is typically mounted on the welding torch with a torch clamp bracket.

SENSOR TIPS

Easily changed in just seconds, sensor tips are available in a complete selection of styles and shapes to match the requirements of each type of weld. They assure maximum accuracy of tracking, regardless of weld configuration. See the tip selection guidelines for different joint designs.

Each tip is made of plated steel with ends of special wear-resistant alloy. A tip extension is adaptable to any of our standard tips. If worn or damaged in use, only the relatively inexpensive tip needs to be replaced. Custom-made tips and extensions can also be manufactured for tracking a joint unique to your part.
